HOW YOU GET PAID
After each sale Younique will deposit your commission directly into your PayQuicker account within 3 hours of every sale.
***IMPORTANT: The very first time you will receive an email with instructions on how to ACTIVATE your PayQuicker account. DO NOT delete this email. Save it in a safe place for future reference. This is a VERY important email..
Initial Goals
GOAL 1: Reach 125 PRS and be officially "qualified". As a white status presenter you earn 20% commission on all your orders and purchases.

GOAL 2: Sell 250 PRS so you can be issued your payquicker debit card and have instant access to your commissions. (You can access your commissions before you get the card by transferring money from payquicker into your bank).

GOAL 3: Reach 1000 PRS to be promoted to Yellow Status (no time limit). Once you reach yellow status you now make 25% commission on all sales.

GOAL 4: Achieve fast start rewards by selling 2000 PRS and sponsoring 3 presenters in your first 90 days in the business and get $250 USD in free y-cash
**TIP - ALWAYS use your debit card as"credit" or you will be charged $0.25 USD every time you swipe it. Make sure you have enough money in your account as there is a $1.00 USD failed transaction fee.

***TIP - Prior to getting your PayQuicker card you can transfer money to your personal bank account for a $.50 USD fee per transfer.
Find your Fast Start bonus tracker under "My Royalties" in your Back Office. You can see this Presenter has completed $1271 of the $2000 PRS required and has sponsored 3 out of 3 of the New Presenters requred. She has until October 5th to reach this bonus.
The key is to set one goal a a time and achieve it. Once you reach yellow status, aim for the next status, which is PINK status. You must have a team to reach pink status. In one calendar month you want to have 250 PRS, $2000 total in your team (CWS: Company Whole Sales), and 1 qualified presenter. You will earn 3% commission off your circle volume in addition to the 25% commission you are paid on your PRS)
Continue to grow your team to earn larger team commissions! You must have a team to reach BLUE status. In one calendar month you want to have 250 PRS, $4000 total in your team (CWS: Company Whole Sales), and 2 qualified presenters. As a Blue Status Presenter you'll earn 4% commission off your circle volume.
QUICK ORDERING TIP!
Orders over $500 PRS are flagged for review just to make sure they are legit orders.

Reviewing them can take 24 hours or more. If you are placing large orders, I suggest splitting them up so they are under $300. Also, don't wait until the last day of the month just in case you have any technical issues.
SCAM ALERT
Be aware that there is a scam going around in direct sales (so not just our company). It's not IF you will get approached by this person / group but more a matter of WHEN.
Basically they reach out to you through your Younique website - so you receive an email. They tell you they want to order a large amount of products but need help to do it. The story changes, but sometimes it is ordering product for their daughter's wedding or they can't order off the website because they are deaf, or they just got in a big accident. No matter the story, the outcome is the same - it's a HUGE order - usually over $300 worth of product. And they can't order from the website. So they insist on sending you a check in the mail or - most recently - sending you the credit card number. Their language sounds overly formal and awkward.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT accept any checks in the mail from people you do not personally know. The checks are fake. You won't know when you go to deposit it because it takes the banks up to 5 days for them to know for sure if it is legit or not. We've had people on our team lose out on over $1400 from this scam.
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
* ANYONE can order from the website. If they can figure out email, they can figure out the website.
* If they don't have a credit card, they could get a pre-paid card.
* Anyone could order with cash from someone local.
This is NOT a person you should be sympathetic to. They are NOT who they say they are and the best thing to do is to NOT respond to them.
