It's about them not you. Your job is to OFFER the opportunity to them in a way they can see why & how it would benefit them.. It's up to them if they choose to tak advantage of the opportunity.

 

The MOST important key in sponsoring is that you need to be IN FRONT of people.  The more people you are talking with and are exposed to, the more you will sponsor.  It's REALLY much of a numbers game.  

FIRST HOT TIP: 
Do a Three Way Call with your prospective presenter & your sponsor or upline. How to do a three way call: 

Call up your prospective presenter, then add your upline/sponsor. Keep the call to 15 mins max... Introduce your upline to your prospective --- The 3rd party does ALL the talking. Shares their 2 minute story, shares a little about the company, shares why Younique is different (I.e. paid daily!) shares about out amazing 3D lashes and other naturally based products -- then opens it up for questions and answers them. Then she asks if the prospect is interested in the products, the biz level or both. On a scale of 1-10? If she says 10, get her signed up right then. If she says anything over a 6 you can say something like. . . okay, how can I help you get from a "6" to a "10".. . .Are there any other concerns or questions you have? Then go from there to build the relationship & help address any concerns.
