Policies & Compliance
Make sure you are aware of the policies & "rules" of your business
NO INCENTIVES TO JOIN
You cannot offer an incentive of any kind in exchange for someone signing up as a presenter. That includes free product, rewards, discounted kit, etc .. Also, you cannot pay for someone's kit. Do not use your credit card to help someone register.
NO PUBLIC DEALS
On public forums (your fb profile, your fb business page, twitter, instagram, public youtube videos, a blog) you CANNOT offer special deals that someone could not get straight from the website.

You can only offer your own specials, discounts, deals privately in a CLOSED or SECRET facebook group, or through a private message, a private email or in person. While you can offer deals in a VIP customer group (that is closed or secret) you can't advertise on your main profile wall that people should join your customer group because you have an amazing deal going on in there.
NO SELLING ON CLASSFIEDS
You cannot advertise the sale of products on 3rd party sites or classifieds, including, but not limited to:
* Craigslist
* Facebook Buy & Sell Groups where second-hand items are sold
* Ebay
* Amazon
* Etsy
* Groopdealz
You CAN advertise the business opportunity on buy and sale sites that allow it. You also can market through blogs, however the actual sale transaction needs to take place on your Younique website.
NO RETAIL SALES
You cannot sell Younique products in a brick and mortar retail location. That means you cannot sell the actual STOCK - physical products where the exchange of product and money is happening in the location (salon, boutique, etc .. ). You can however market the products in a retail location and refer people to your location to purchase. Or you can market in the location and arrange to meet up at another time outside of the retail location to exchange the transaction. We have a lot of salon and boutique owners and employers that have great success with Younique.
MARKETS NOT YET OPEN
We can only sell and register presenters in countries / markets that we are officially in. If the flag is not on the website then we cannot sell or sponsor presenters from there. Presenters that register that are later found to not reside in that country will have their presenter agreement terminated.
NO BONUS BUYING
If you are working toward a promotion of green or above, the majority of the circle sales cannot be from your own purchases in your name. For example. If you are close to hitting green status, but you only have $500 in circle volume (the requirement for green is 2000 circle volume), you can't buy 1500 circle volume from your account the last day of the month. It's looked at on an individual basis, however compliance looks at whether you have purchased an amount you can reasonably resell within a month.
NO CELEBRITY IMAGES

Please do not use celebrity images in conjuction with Younique products. Using a photo of a celebrity next to an image of a Younique product implies endorsement and there are legal actions celebrities can take against companies or individuals that claim endorsements. If there is an occasion where a celebrity has shared a photo of the using a Younique product or a review then that is fine to share.
NO SPAMMING
Please do not add your website to someone else's youtube video, product review or instagram shout out. Besides looking rather tacky, it's not nice, and not effective either and really gives Younique and direct sales, a bad name.
Also, do not use someone else's business page to "poach" and contact potential customers.
