ALL Younique products are free of harmful ingredients. We have NO parabens in our products. Younique products are approved to sell in the European Union which has an extremely high standard for cosmetics, compared to the U.S. standard which is very low.

When creating our products, Younique uses nature as the inspiration behind our science. Sometimes it is necessary to use non-toxic synthetic ingredients when no equivalent can be found in nature. Our cosmetic development process utilizes scientific research to ensure that our products contain high-quality ingredients that may be safely compatible with virtually every skin type, while eliminating unnecessary fillers.
PRODUCT CLAIMS
Please do NOT claim things that are not claimed by Younique Corporate. We have to be careful about claiming that products can "cure" or do specific things. Ex: There are no claims for any products to reduce stretch marks.
ANIMAL TESTING
Younique does not perform ANY animal testing for our products. However we are currently not Leaping-Bunny Certified. Instead of using the phrase "cruelty-free" you'll want to use the term "no animal testing".
VEGAN
While not all of our products are vegan, we do have MANY products that are considered "vegan - friendly" that contain NO animal by-products.
There are a couple of products that contain beeswax.
Uplift Eye Serum does NOT contain animal by-products. The squalene we use does NOT come from sharks but actually comes from sugar cane.
GLUTEN FREE
While not all of our products are gluten-free, most products are.
SPF RATING
Currently the Royalty Hydrating Day Cream and the Royalty Renewing Day Cream contain SPF 20. However, mineral makeup provides a source of natural sun protection (equivalent of 15 SPF) - those products include the BB Cream, Loose Mineral Concealer.
